Performance
The dough
Mix flour (2 units), salt (1 unit) and warm water (half unit) until you get a soft dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour. In case you have leftovers you can keep it in the fridge wrapped in film for a few days. If you want, you can add food dyes to create colored salt paste.
Shapes
Help children create shapes with salt dough, such as animals, flowers, houses, etc. through the use of molds and once acquired this technique encourage them to experiment and free their imagination by creating new shapes with their hands.
Decoration
Provide children with acrylic paints, brushes, glitter, beads and other decorative materials they can use to paint and decorate their salt paste creations.
Drying
Let the salt paste creations dry completely, this will take about 24 hours.
Exposition
